Topic: if you think that it contributes to a better lifestyle and healthy living, you are absolutely
right. Smoking cessation is a vital step in enhancing the length and quality of living for people who
do not smoke and people who are planning to quit smoking.
Credibility: According to the American Cancer society, cigarette smoking increases the risk of
mouth and throat cancer, lung, kidney, bladder, stomach, pancreas, return, colon and liver, as
well as acute myeloid leukemia. Half of the Americans are at the risk of losing their lives from a
smoking-related illness (Sosnowski).Thus, a little help and guide can help one another to quit
smoking like it has done to a million of them who have approached for help!
Preview: Today, the subject that we are discussing here are the health benefits followed by the
strategies to quit smoking.
There are both immediate and long-term benefits of quit smoking.
A. Some immediate health benefits of quitting smoking can be of substantial importance
1. Improved heart rate, blood pressure, functioning of lung and lowers the risk of
